In each elementofmaintenance, request, feedback, user can choose category andarea,add description and multiple photos, submit the action afterallfields are full. Afterward, the action will be sent to theAdminpanel where operates all systems of the app and the staff canbaseon this to implement next action properly. On Action screen,usercan see and edit actions submitting. This screen isprettyessential since it contains all the action of user submittedto thehotel. When an action is completed or other feedback,thenotification will have a mission to notify for customer beingawareof this. The final feature is message, which user cancommunicatewith the staff.
